13 years of history of Wilson Sup allow us to talk about stories of friendship, success, collaborations, memories, exchanges, hard work, infinite satisfactions and great results.

The Center was founded in 2012 by Andrea Pirro in Ascona. With 5 Sup boards and the construction of a gazebo everything began... the center was yet called Sup Ascona, precisely.

In the following years the Center developed, increasing the number of boards every year to satisfy the growing clientele.

This continuous growth led Andrea, in 2013, to turn to Daniel Klöckner, for organizational support regarding communication and online customer management.

After a 3-year collaboration, the two decided in 2016 to go into full partnership and create "Wilson".

Since summer 2018, Wilson Sup has found a new home at the Bagno Pubblico La Lanca in Locarno.

Today Wilson Sup boasts great experience and more than 50 Sup boards, placing itself among the most important rental stations in Switzerland! But above all it boasts a fantastic clientele, of all ages, formed by a community of passionate Stand Up Paddlers of the region, schools, sports clubs and local, national and international companies.

For some years Wilson Sup has been collaborating regularly and with great synergy with Ticino Turismo, so much so that they were chosen among the 8 main activities for 2018. Wilson Sup and Andrea Pirro are also the protagonists of a tourism story that was proposed in the same year in video as part of the promotion of Ticino in the world.

In 2022, Paolo Margnetti joins the team and Wilson Sup becomes a fully-fledged company. In the same year, Wilson invests significantly in building the new Locarno Sup Center and also opens a rental station in Ascona.
